There is a wood-burning stove to warm up on during the cool days. In addition there are 2 larger bathrooms, one of which has a changing table. The big bonus is the 20m2 annex - separate building with large bedroom, kitchenette and its own bathroom and toilet. There is also a work space for remote workers with height-adjustable desk and office chair - fantastic WIFI. All buildings have air conditioning/heating. The main building has underfloor heating. From the house it is only 900m to the lovely child-friendly bathing beach and just under 2 km to shops. Udsholt is centrally located in relation to nature and attractions in North Zealand. The nearest slightly larger towns are Helsinge and Gilleleje, but also towns such as Hillerød and Helsingør are half an hour away by car.
