In the house there is a bathroom/toilet. Outdoors there is a large south-facing terrace with garden tables, chairs, sun loungers with mattresses, a large awning and a large parasol. With only 250 metres distance to the beach you can easily enjoy the sun, the waves and take a refreshing dip in the sea. After a day full of fun and sun, you can relax on the terrace. Brenderup is only 3 km away and has a good bakery, supermarkets and a pizzeria. In the nearby larger towns you can find cosy cafés and restaurants and experience the local culture. The summer house is centrally located on Fyn with 13 km to Bogense and 15 km to Middelfart. In both Bogense and Middelfart there are good and well-maintained golf courses. Bogense is known for its charming harbour town atmosphere and beautiful coastline, while Middelfart is a historic town with a rich cultural heritage and modern facilities such as shops, restaurants and cultural offerings. The location provides easy access to scenic areas and good transport connections, which makes this property a perfect base for both daily necessities and weekend trips.
