Our house is from 1997 and renovated in 2017. Space for 6 adults, in three good bedrooms with double beds, the smallest is 160 cm. Modern kitchen with all accessories, and cosy living room with wood-burning stove. Air-to-air heating or cooling. Two terraces, with access from the living room to both. One is covered at 15 m2. Play equipment in the garden, campfire and hammock on 1200 m2 grounds. 10 minutes walk to Vellerup Vig and the Isefjord.

The area offers fine bathing opportunities at the bathing pier and the calm water is ideal for canoeing and paddleboarding along the coasts. The 275 km fjord trail is ideal for mountain biking and the country road in the hilly Hornherred for racing bikes. If you like golf, Frederikssund golf course is only 14 km to the north. Also experience Vellerup Church, one of the few fieldstone churches, and explore inside the burial mound at the end of the sand road.
Egholm Castle offers a fantastic war museum, and if you drive to Jægerspris you will find the castle museum and Countess Danner's monument. As well as Denmark's oldest and best ice cream shop.
Roskilde Cathedral, the Viking Ship Museum or a visit to Copenhagen can be done by bus from Kr.Hyllinge to Roskilde and train to Copenhagen. In Kr Hyllinge there is free parking in the town centre by the bus.
