With 46 m² in the house and an annex of 15 m² the property is ideal for families or friends who want both togetherness and a bit of privacy. Here you are close to sandy beach, sea air and genuine summer atmosphere in Balka.

The house and annex together contain three bedrooms with a total of eight beds. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere on cool evenings, while a heat pump and internet provide comfort all year round. Here it is easy to find peace after a day of experiences.

The large wooden terrace connects the house and annex and provides several cosy corners for meals, relaxation or a quiet moment in the sun. The terrace will certainly be summer's favourite spot. Around the house there is plenty of space for play, socialising and long summer evenings. The electric car can be charged at the house's charging station if you have a charging card from Clever and a subscription from them.

Several covered areas make it possible to enjoy outdoor life from morning coffee to late summer evenings. There is room for barbecues, relaxation in the sun and cosy moments with family and friends.
In the garden's hammock, we often take a little afternoon nap, it is so lovely to be rocked by the wind and hear the wind moving the leaves in all the trees around.

Just 500 metres from the house lies Balka Beach where the sand sings under your feet as you walk and 200 m down to the coast, which is known for its fine sand and shallow, calm bathing water. The beach is an obvious choice for both families with children and those who enjoy a swim or a long walk along the coast.

Balka is one of Bornholm's most popular holiday areas with a relaxed atmosphere and short distance to attractions. Visit the cosy harbour in Snogebæk with restaurants, smokery and small shops, or explore the island's many cycling and hiking routes. Nature offers forest, cliffs and long sandy beaches, while Nexø, Dueodde and several of Bornholm's attractions are within a short drive. Here there are good opportunities for both relaxation, active holidays and exciting excursions.
