A particularly well-appointed holiday home with a focus on views and natural light. The large bright living room with dining area and the open functional kitchen is the cosy gathering place of the house, where panoramic windows make it possible to enjoy the view over Balka Strand and the bay. There is access to the large terrace from the living room and to the enclosed courtyard from the kitchen. On the ground floor there is a lovely bedroom with a double bed as well as a bathroom with toilet, shower niche and spa. Via the good staircase to the first floor you reach the two bedrooms with single beds as well as the extra toilet. All in all a good house for a nice holiday and it is also wheelchair-friendly on the ground floor.

Enjoy life outdoors
The house is situated on a lovely natural plot. Enjoy the day in the garden furniture on the large terrace, where the sun can warm you while you enjoy the view of the sandy beach. The child-friendly sandy beach close to the house offers the opportunity for a quick dip and afterwards you can rinse the sand off under the outdoor shower at the house. Light the grill and prepare today's delicacies, while enjoying a cool drink in the loungers. There is the possibility to park at the house.

Get close to local experiences
Good location on Balka and only a few metres from one of Bornholm's most beautiful bathing beaches, Balka Strand, the beach is child-friendly and there are lifeguards in the summer. Several things happen on the beach in the summer, including the opportunity to test your skills in windsurfing, kayaking and kitesurfing. If you have a bike with you there are several opportunities to enjoy the beautiful nature, the roads are good and without major inclines, so everyone can join in. To the north you will find a protected area with heather, sea views and a bird reserve. If you are into an active holiday, this is a good starting point. It is also not far to Snogebæk, with many exciting shops, such as Kjærstrup Chokolade, fish shop/smokery, clothing shops and several really good restaurants. Really good holiday.
