Welcome to this spacious and comfortable house with modern furnishings. Tasteful décor and cosy sloping wooden ceilings give this house a holiday atmosphere. It is a pleasure to cook in the house's large kitchen, where many guests can be busy at the same time. On the first floor you will find a lovely living room, which is the perfect place to settle in and watch a film in the evening after an active holiday day. Here there is also access to a covered terrace - a good spot for a cup of coffee.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 4 good bedrooms with 3 double beds and 2 single beds respectively. Space for 8 people in total. If you have a dog, it is also welcome on your holiday in this holiday home.

You will spend a large part of your holiday on the large, partially covered terrace with garden furniture, where you can sit and sunbathe while you read a good book or drink a glass of wine. You also have a grill at your disposal, so you can have cosy barbecue evenings. There is a carport for your car, as well as charging facilities for an electric car. The house is located between charming Snogebæk and Nexø - both with good restaurants, fine shopping opportunities and lovely shops that sell, among other things, the unique ceramics and glass art that the island is known for. The attraction Rokkestenen is also relatively close by.
