Combined living room and kitchen as well as a cosy dining area with access to the terrace. The kitchen has ceramic hob, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The living room is bright and friendly with a large sofa and modern curved armchairs. There is a TV with satellite dish with Danish and German programmes as well as panoramic views of the dunes by the North Sea from the large windows facing south and west. For a cool summer evening or an autumn day with rain and wind there is a wood-burning stove to warm and create a cosy atmosphere. There is also an energy-efficient heat pump in the living room, which easily heats the entire house. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed that can be divided, 1 single bed). In the room with bunk beds there is a games console with screen. There is a small but nice bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a washing machine available in the spacious annex. **House surroundings** There are three terraces to the house. A small one facing west, and two large terraces facing north and south respectively, which means you can almost always find shelter. One terrace is enclosed, and since the house is also located at the end of a closed road, the house is well suited for families with dogs and small children. There are garden furniture on all terraces as well as a sun lounger. Dinner can be prepared on the house's grill while you enjoy the bright summer evenings on the terrace. There is practical storage space in the locked annex with external access. The area offers many excursion opportunities. Try getting up early during your holiday and go to the fish auction in Thyborøn. It is an experience to see the many crates of fish change hands in minutes. Thyborøn offers an exciting harbour environment and both Jylland Aquarium with many exciting fish and activities for children, and the Coastal Centre are worth a visit. From Thyborøn there is a small ferry to Agger, where you can visit Denmark's first National Park Thy and continue to Klitmøller - Denmark's surfer paradise Cold Hawaii. To the east lies Lemvig, a cosy town by the Limfjord, only 15 minutes' drive from the holiday home. Lemvig has a cosy pedestrian street and a large selection of grocery shops and specialist shops, and if you really want to slow down the pace, leave the car and hop on the small local train that runs between Thyborøn and Lemvig.
