In addition there is 1 large loft with 4 sleeping places and a lovely play loft. The lofts cannot be locked and adults can easily sleep on the loft. The house has a well-equipped new kitchen living room with all hard white goods. Large induction hob with built-in, smart extractor hood, 2 built-in ovens, 2 dishwashers, microwave, 2 fridge/freezer cabinets. All 22 residents can gather around the house's large dining table which is also perfect for games and cosy chat. Views of the large dunes confirm the house's unique location. Relax in the soft furniture. Watch TV in Danish and German on the house's 2 Smart-TVs with Chromecast where there is also the option of streaming TV/radio/Apps, so if you have a mobile phone or other device you can stream whatever you have a subscription to. There are wooden floors in the living room and in the bedrooms. Light the wood stove which helps with heating or simply creates a cosy atmosphere.
Wellness/pool section with hot tub with massage jets and lovely sauna. The pool has, among other things, a slide and a counter-current system. This magnificent holiday home is located on approx. 2.600 m2 beautiful dune ground in Vrist and invites play and ball games only approx. 400 m from the beach. The house is 2200 metres from grocery shops. Within a short drive you can reach both the active market town of Lemvig with several specialist shops or the unique fishing village Thyborøn, which in addition to the active fishing harbour also offers a bathing beach and up to several activity offers, which are all worth a visit.
