Already on the way to this beautiful holiday home, you will sense the house's fantastic location by the North Sea's large dunes. The house is 104 m2 spread over 2 floors. 4 lovely bedrooms (1DS, 1DS, 1DS, 1DS) – but may be occupied by a maximum of 6 persons. Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen / living room with everything in service / kitchenware and all in hard white goods. The kitchen corner has, among other things, induction cooktop, built-in oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Enjoy your meal at the dining table, look out the window and see the large high dunes directly by the North Sea or relax in the soft quality furniture.

Via the user-friendly staircase in the living room you can easily go up to the 1st floor. Here there is another lovely living room. FROM A 55" SMART TV YOU CAN ENJOY ENTERTAINMENT FROM, AMONG OTHER THINGS, DANISH TV1 AND TV 2 AND FROM THE COUNTLESS GERMAN AND OTHER FOREIGN SATELLITE PROGRAMMES. THE SMART TV ALSO PROVIDES THE OPTION OF STREAMING YOUR OWN SUBSCRIPTIONS FROM, AMONG OTHER THINGS, NETFLIX, HBO AND VIAPLAY. THERE IS ALSO THE OPTION TO LISTEN TO MUSIC FROM THE HOUSE'S BLUETOOTH SPEAKER. Enjoy the flames in the cosy wood-burning stove which, together with the installed heat pump on the ground floor, ensures minimal heating consumption. The holiday home is located on a 2,616 m2 large dune plot only 100 metres from the North Sea. Lovely, romantic terrace area with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. Enjoy the completely unique opportunity to sit on the terrace while being able to hear the North Sea just on the other side of the dunes. There is also plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sun, each other or a good grilling evening. Take a walk with your dog in the quiet holiday home area, over the high dunes and immediately afterwards the North Sea reveals itself. Every day the North Sea offers new picturesque experiences that invite you to a fresh walk or run. Or what about a little trip of about 10 - 15 minutes up to the area's small grocer, which in season is open and offers fresh morning bread and where daily shopping can also be done. So whether you are into active holidays or total relaxation, this beautiful holiday home provides the perfect setting in terms of house, location and surroundings. Within a short drive you can reach both the active market town of Lemvig with several specialist shops or the unique fishing village of Thyborøn, which in addition to the active fishing harbour also offers a bathing beach and up to several activity options, all of which are worth a visit.
