When the car is parked at the combined entrance and covered morning terrace you enter a utility room with extra hand basin, washing machine, freezer (185 L) and extra storage space. Bathroom with shower, toilet, hand basin, sauna and tiled floor with underfloor heating. Cosy combined kitchen and living room. Kitchen with ceramic hob, built-in oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. In open connection with the kitchen is a smaller living room with dining table, upholstered furniture and with the option of streaming services via Chromecast. From the living room you enter via a small hallway into a cosy "fireplace room" with wood-burning stove, large dining table, upholstered furniture and tiled floor with underfloor heating. The perfect room for "genuine Danish cosiness" without TV. On the ground floor the original construction with visible beams is preserved, here the ceiling height is approx. 1.9 m. On the upper floor there is high ceilings, all the way up to the roof with visible roof trusses. The house is heated with an air-to-water heat pump. Non-smoking house. 1 pet allowed.

1st Floor
Via the stairs in the small hallway you go up a steep staircase to the 1st floor. Here there is 1 bedroom (1DS) and a large room with the possibility for play, games or perhaps just relaxation while enjoying the unique location with views of the dunes.

House surroundings
From the utility room and from the hallway there is access to the 2 terraces. Enjoy the fenced terrace with garden furniture, loungers and grill or the covered morning terrace with garden furniture. Right by the house there is a public path and after a VERY short walk over the dunes the North Sea reveals itself in all its splendour. The house is situated on an almost 1,400 m2 large dune plot only 50 metres from the North Sea. Enjoy a holiday close to the North Sea in a charming dune farmhouse with a completely unique location. Park the car and enjoy that for the rest of the holiday you can walk to the beach in under 5 minutes.
