Welcome to a unique holiday home, where the dunes are your nearest neighbour, and the North Sea is only a moment away. Here you live literally in the midst of nature's raw beauty – with the sound of the sea in the background and a private path directly to the beach.

The house's interior
When you step into the house, you immediately feel the peace. The bright entrance welcomes you with friendly colours and a lightness that sets the tone for the rest of your stay. Everything is well thought out – from the practical washing machine and tumble dryer, to the new floors that lead you further into a home where everything is being renovated and renewed with care in 2025/26.(new pictures will come after the renovation)

The kitchen is a natural gathering point. It is modern, functional and equipped with everything you could wish for – from the electric ceramic hob to the built-in oven, microwave, fridge with 73 l freezer and even a wine cooler with space for 18 bottles, where the evening's bottles are ready. Here you can prepare the holiday's meals together, while light streams in and conversation flows between kitchen and living room.

The living room is the heart of the house. Large windows draw nature in, so you almost feel you are sitting in the middle of the dunes. On warm days the room opens onto the terrace, and on cool evenings you can light the wood-burning stove, lean back in the comfortable furniture and let the crackling of the flames create a very special atmosphere. Whether you want to gather for a film, play cards at the dining table or simply sit in silence and listen to the distant sound of the sea – the living room invites you to presence and cosiness.

The three bedrooms are furnished with peace and comfort in mind. Two rooms with double beds and one with 2 beds provide space for couples, families and friends alike. Here you fall to rest after a day in the wind by the sea, and here you wake up refreshed for another day in nature's sign.

The bathrooms are small oases in themselves. In the largest you will find both a sauna, shower cubicle, toilet and a lovely bathtub where you can let your body fall completely at rest. The extra bathroom with toilet, sink and bidet provides space and comfort, so everyone can start the day without waiting. Throughout, underfloor heating ensures warm feet and a feeling of luxury.

Everything in the house is arranged with the thought that you should be able to enjoy your holiday without worries. Fibre internet gives you the freedom to stream, work or simply share the holiday's moments, and the energy-efficient heat pump ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round.

It is not just a house – it is a place where every detail works together with the nature outside. A place where everyday life lets go, and where you can feel how both the sea, the dunes and the house itself invite you to breathe a little deeper.

The house is not rented out to youth groups.

The house's surroundings
Enjoy life on the large, newly built terrace, where garden furniture, sun loungers and gas grill are ready. Behind the house is a nature terrace that is almost built into the dunes – here you can sit sheltered while you feel the sun and listen to the waves, it should be noted that it is filled with sand.

With an exceptional location at the end of a dead-end road, on a 6,700 m² dune plot, there is peace, quiet and unique nature experiences. From the house you have direct access to the beach, and only 50 metres separate you from the North Sea.

Every day is unique here – watch the sunset over the sea, feel the peace of the dunes or take a fresh morning walk along the water's edge.
