House facilities
The open kitchen is equipped with all conceivable appliances such as dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The living room features a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV with DR1 and TV2 as well as satellite with German channels, there is also a DVD, CD player and games console. In the living room there is also a lovely wood-burning stove, which you can enjoy from the comfortable furniture with a good book in hand and a warm cup of tea or coffee. 4 large bedrooms with 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 2 single beds + 4 bunk beds. For the little guests there is a cot and high chair available. 2 bathrooms both with underfloor heating and shower, one is connected to the house's pool room, and from here there is direct access to the sauna. The pool room has a 15 m2 large pool with underwater lighting and swimming trainer as well as a hot tub for 4 people. Here you can really relax with swimming in the pool and massage in the spa before finally going into the sauna and getting your body warmed through. 2 heat pumps are installed in the house which makes the house very energy-friendly and economical. 2 dogs are allowed. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box installed at the house. This is a non-smoking house.

House surroundings
The house is located on a natural plot close to the North Sea. There are 2 terraces, a 16 m2 west-facing one and a 45 m2 courtyard garden, which is fenced. Of course there are garden furniture, sun loungers and grill available. Sandbox and swings are available for the children. If you want to go on a trip, it is recommended to drive to Lemvig or Thyborøn. For both towns it applies that there are good shopping opportunities, just as in Lemvig there is a museum that can be visited, and if something more is needed, there is in Thyborøn the Coastal Centre, Jutland Aquarium or the Snail House, which are all worth a visit.
