There is wireless internet and smoking is not permitted. **House layout** The house is lovely and bright with many large windows, so you can actually enjoy the weather indoors regardless of the weather outside. The dining table is thus positioned towards a west-facing larger window and from here you can really enjoy the sky. The kitchen thus also has what you need in the form of a cooker hood, glass ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a separate 20-litre freezer. The living room, which is combined with the kitchen, is furnished with lovely furniture and is equipped with a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV with DR and TV2 as well as a satellite dish with German channels and a stereo system with CD. In the house there are also 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds. In addition there is also a loft with an extra sleeping place. However, you have to climb up a mounted ladder to get to the loft. The bathroom is large and spacious. Here there is underfloor heating, shower, sink, hot tub and sauna. There is also a tumble dryer and washing machine in the house. To heat the house there is also a heat pump/air conditioning, so you can maintain a constant temperature. **House surroundings** The house is surrounded by terraces with garden furniture, so you can always find shelter and enjoy the sun. In addition there are sun loungers, swings, sandpit and grill. There is even a pétanque court belonging to the house, so you can easily find some entertainment here. The location is good for families with children, as there are playgrounds nearby with climbing towers, slides and swings. 300 metres from the holiday home the grocer and café are open in the summer season, so you can easily get provisions. The sea is within walking distance of the house and closest there is a passage for people with mobility difficulties, so they can more easily cross the dune.
