Beautifully situated holiday home located on a 2600 sqm large dune area. Here you have the opportunity to stay out among the heather and marram grass very close to the North Sea. The house is surrounded by a large terrace, so here you have the opportunity for a truly classic North Sea holiday. The house is a non-smoking house and 1 pet is allowed. The house is also energy-friendly and economical to heat via a heat pump.

House layout
The house's living room is divided into several sections where they share the feature of large windows with light falling directly from the sky over the North Sea. The fireplace room is sunken and contains, in addition to a fireplace, also furniture, a coffee table and television. The television comes with a DVD player and you can watch DR, TV2 and German satellite channels. There is also a stereo system with CD in the house. In the other part of the living room there is a cosy dining table with chairs. From here you can also look out over the dune area and possibly hear the wind blowing, while you enjoy yourself indoors in the warmth with a good dinner. There is also a high chair in the house for the smallest. From the kitchen it is possible to converse with the living room and the kitchen offers a glass ceramic cooker, refrigerator with freezer as well as microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom offers a sink, shower, toilet and even a washing machine, which is really nice to have during longer stays. The house has 4 bedrooms (1DS, 1DS, 1DS, 1DB sofa bed). One of the bedrooms even has its own entrance from outside. 1 pet allowed Non-smoking house

House surroundings
The house has a large terrace which surrounds most of the house and is primarily south-facing. Thus you can move with the sun around all day. Here you will find a grill, garden furniture and sun loungers, so there is basis for many cosy hours. The terrace is also partially covered, so you have good opportunities to find shade while sitting outside. Not far from the house you can go down to the North Sea and take a dip in the salt water. The North Sea is always a balm for the soul whether you use it for bathing, recreational fishing, kite flying, walks or simply sit in the dune and look out over eternity.
