Flyvholmvej 27B is a well-appointed stone house located on a natural dune ground by a blind, very quiet road where you can find good peace and quiet. Marram grass grows scattered around the house and you sense the proximity to the North Sea in a way that you have to experience it to describe it. Here 3 dogs are allowed and free wireless internet access is included.

House layout

The house's living room and kitchen are in the same room, making it a natural gathering point in the house. From the living room there is a medium-sized window section with a view towards the south over the terrace, the holiday home area and the dunes towards the southwest. The living room has a dining table and sofa group with coffee table as well as a wood-burning stove and heat pump. In addition, Smart-TV with fibre-optic TV with Danish and German programmes as well as the option to stream TV / radio / Apps, so if you have a mobile phone or another device you can stream whatever you have a subscription to. The kitchen corner offers a glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The house has 3 bedrooms (1DS, 1DS, 1DS). The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, so there is an opportunity to rinse off after a day in the waves. There is a wire fence that can be set up as a dog enclosure, which is 1 m high.

House surroundings

The house is located on dune ground dominated by marram grass, grass and heather. However, it is still possible to park right by the house. The terrace is accessed directly from the living room and the terrace faces south. Here there are both garden furniture, a grill and 2 sun loungers. Feel free to also use the outdoor fireplace to extend the bright summer evenings when you sit and enjoy yourself on the terrace and no one feels like moving into the house. There is an opportunity to set up loose fencing which is by the house, ideal if small children or a dog are brought along. The dunes to the North Sea are only a long stone's throw away and on the other side there is a wide beach with opportunities for swimming, building sandcastles, taking long walks or fishing. Thus, approximately 500 metres to the north lies the first breakwater from the southern direction. It forms a kind of stone reef out into the sea and can be recommended for anglers. If you want to shop, there is only approximately 1 km to Brugsen in Harboøre, which is open every day of the year. This is the house for a classic North Sea holiday.
