Non-smoking house. **House layout** The cosy holiday house has a size of 70 m2. When you enter through the house's main door, you are already in the house's core room, which consists of kitchen and living room. The kitchen is narrow, but well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday. There is, among other things, a glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. In the kitchen there is a staircase up to the loft, where there are three sleeping places. The living room is lovely and bright with exposed ceiling beams, where a large glass gable window contributes to good light. Furthermore, the glass gable window looks out directly towards the dunes, where the North Sea hides behind, so you have a beautiful view at all meals at the dining table. The living room is furnished with upholstered furniture and Smart TV with Danish and German channels, and you can stream your own streaming services. Moreover, there is a DVD and CD player and also a radio. In the living room there is also a large alcove, which provides two sleeping places. The last two sleeping places are found at the end of the house in the bedroom. Here there is a large double bed. Please note that the ceiling height in the bedroom is approximately 1.85 metres but only 1.72 metres under the beams. The last room in the house is the bathroom. Here there is a toilet, sink and a shower. **House surroundings** The holiday house is situated on a 2500 m2 large undulating dune ground in the first row to the dunes. The house has an enclosed terrace with garden furniture, grill and 2 sun loungers. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy late hours, if the weather permits, while the sound of the sea's waves can be heard. For the children there are swings and a sandbox. The roaring and wild North Sea is only 50 metres from the house, so it is quick to reach on foot. Here you can enjoy long walks, dip your toes in the water, fly a kite, build sandcastles or something completely different. The town of Harboøre is also not far from the house, where there are shopping opportunities, dining options and lots of activities for the children. Not far from Vrist you can quickly reach by car the harbour towns of Lemvig and Thyborøn, where you can enjoy an ice cream at the harbour, buy fresh fish or shop in the local shops. Or you can take the small VLTJ train, for which you can get free train tickets at SJ's office to travel between Lemvig and Thyborøn. The house is ideal for an unforgettable holiday by the North Sea, whether it is with family or partner.
