On the ground floor there is a large bathroom with a 2-person spa, shower niche and underfloor heating. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as direct access to the sauna. In addition, there is a guest toilet with sink. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and a 30-liter freezer. The living room is combined with the kitchen and features both a wood-burning stove, radio and fiber-optic TV with Danish and German channels as well as Chromecast. Of course there is also wireless internet.

The house has three bedrooms: two rooms on the first floor each with two single beds, and one room on the ground floor with two single beds.

House surroundings
The house is located on a 1,200 m² natural plot just 300 meters from the North Sea. There are two lovely, partially enclosed terraces with garden furniture, grill and sun loungers, so there is always an opportunity to find a sheltered spot or a place in the sun.

The short distance to the North Sea makes it easy to get down to the beach, and from the top of the dunes you can enjoy the most fantastic sunsets. The area is also ideal for both hiking and cycling trips, where you can experience nature up close.
