House layout
Really beautiful and spacious stone holiday home with thatched roof, accommodating 6 people. The house is situated peacefully on a dune/natural plot directly next to a small plantation and close to the newly renovated playground on Ibsensvej. After you have parked the car and unlocked the door to this lovely holiday home you enter a hallway which also has plenty of space to hang jackets and place boots. From here there is access to the house's 3 bedrooms which are furnished with 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 2 single beds. There is also access to the house's bathroom which is divided into a separate room with toilet and sink and the other bathroom has shower, hot tub and access to sauna, both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The kitchen which is combined with the living room is very well-equipped with everything you need for a holiday such as glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. On the other side of the half wall from the kitchen is the dining table, making it easy to serve the prepared food. The living room also has a wood-burning stove which provides pleasant warmth even in cold weather. Furthermore there are comfortable furniture, flat-screen TV with satellite for German channels and Danish channels, DVD and CD player and DAB radio. There are wooden floors in all rooms except the bathrooms which have tiles. Washing machine. Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed.

House surroundings
From the living room there is access to a lovely partially covered terrace with garden furniture, gas grill and 2 sun loungers. The house is located on a well-maintained natural/dune plot surrounded by trees and bushes. The distance to the North Sea is only 250 m so you can easily get down there on foot. The North Sea is always worth a visit and there are several activity options such as kite flying, fishing, building sandcastles and much much more, so you can spend many hours in the fresh sea air. On Ibsensvej not far from the house, there are also opportunities for outdoor activities. There is for example the possibility to play beach volleyball and there is also a ball court where you can play football. From the house it is approximately 15 minutes drive to Thyborøn which is a lovely fishing village and here you will find several good attractions such as Sea War museum and Jyllandsaquariet. If you drive in the other direction you come to Lemvig which is an old trading town, here there is a fantastic harbour promenade with playground and skate park among other things. This holiday home is perfect for a family or 2 couples who wish to spend a holiday together.
