This beautiful holiday home of 104 m2 is furnished with a combined kitchen and living room with wooden floors. The kitchen is separated from the living room and close to the kitchen is the dining table. The living room is furnished with soft upholstered furniture, wood-burning stove and heat pump, both of which help reduce heating costs, TV with DR programmes and satellite with German channels, as well as a Chromecast with the option to stream programmes you have your own subscription to. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, refrigerator, 90 l freezer, microwave and dishwasher. In the main house there are 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed + 1 double bed. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. From the living room there is access to the terrace and from here there is an entrance to the annex which is furnished with 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed + 1 double bed. As well as a bathroom with toilet, shower, hot tub and entrance to sauna, the house's washing machine and tumble dryer are also located here. For the youngest guests there is a cot and high chair. 2 pets are allowed. Non-smoking house.

House surroundings
This beautiful holiday home is located on a 1850 m2 dune plot right up against the dike at the North Sea in Vrist. There are two terraces at the house, one facing west and one facing east, the one facing east is wind-sheltered and both terraces come with garden furniture and a grill which can be positioned as needed on both terraces. On both terraces you can sit and enjoy the sun or shade and enjoy the sound of the roaring North Sea which is just 50 m from the house. For the youngest guests there is a sandbox and swings available. There is also a football goal so both big and small can have fun with a ball. Enjoy the house's location so close to the North Sea, it is easy to get down to the beach or simply find a spot in the dunes from which you can enjoy the fantastic view over the North Sea or see the beautiful sunset. This house is perfect for 2 families who want to stay together on holiday, and the layout means you each have your own sleeping area. The North Sea offers new adventures every day, there are plenty of opportunities to do different things, including building sandcastles, swimming, fishing, flying kites or simply taking a run or walk along the water and collecting stones or amber.
