The house was rebuilt in 1999 and renovated with, among other things, new floors and new beds in 2020. Lovely, spacious living room on split level. The upper part of the living room has leather furniture, TV with Danish and German channels, radio / DVD / CD and lovely views of the high dunes by the North Sea. A lovely new wood-burning stove and newly installed heat pump mean that the house can be occupied all year round. Lovely kitchen area with cooker with glass ceramic hob, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. From the living room by the kitchen there is access to all 3 bedrooms (1DS, 1DS, 1DS). Small but practical bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The house also has a high chair and a separate freezer of 30 litres. There is free wireless Internet access in the house.

House surroundings
The house has an open terrace with grill, garden furniture and sun loungers with high back. The 1800 square metre plot also has swings and a sandpit, so even the smallest children can have some enjoyable hours here, while the adults can watch them from the terrace. Vrist by is only 700 metres away and the minimarket is open in the summer season, so you can quickly and cosily get rolls, cake or other refreshments here. The sea, which is 130 metres away, offers a sandy beach with clean water where you can both swim and fish in the seasons.
