Fantastically located and cozy wooden holiday home situated in the first dune row to the North Sea on a lovely natural plot, from here you can hear the North Sea's roar. 1 dog is allowed.

House furnishings
Lovely kitchen combined with the living room, on the other side of the kitchen is the dining table and in the living room there are upholstered furniture, F-TV with DR and TV2 programmes, satellite dish (German programmes only) and Chromecast with the option of streaming radio / TV / Apps that you have your own subscription to, wood-burning stove and heat pump which both contribute to lovely warmth and a cheaper electricity bill. From the living room there is a staircase up to the 1st floor where there is a sitting room with dining table and wicker furniture, from here there is a good view over the area. The kitchen has an electric cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. 2 bedrooms each with 1 ¾ bed. There are carpets in the rooms and in the living room. Washing machine. Non-smoking house.

House surroundings
The house is situated on the last plot right in front of the dunes before the North Sea. The house has a really lovely terrace from which there is a good view over the area. There are of course garden furniture, sun loungers, grill and parasol on the terrace. The house is within walking distance to the North Sea which is only 50 m away. The North Sea offers a new experience every day and a fresh walk along the water is totally de-stressing. Approx. 15 min drive from the house is the harbour town Thyborøn where there are several attractions and good restaurants and shopping opportunities. In the other direction also approx. 15 min drive is Lemvig which is an old trading town. Here there are likewise good shopping opportunities, playground, skate park etc.
