The house is ideal for a family holiday whether you are 1 or 2 families. In the 156 square metre pool house there is a pool, spa and sauna as well as an enclosed south-facing terrace with direct access from the pool room. The house is within walking distance of the North Sea, so you live close to nature.

House layout
The house's main room is the kitchen-living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment and there is also a separate 50-litre freezer. In addition there is a microwave and dishwasher. While the food is being prepared, the others can enjoy themselves at the dining table or in the sofa group, while enjoying the warmth from the wood-burning stove. Smart TV so you can bring your own TV packages from home as well as DR1 and German satellite channels, DVD and CD are standard. Internet access is also provided so you can stream films or other content if you bring your own PC for this, which can be connected to the flat screen. Genvex is installed and ensures a good indoor climate. From the living room there is direct access to the pool room. Here a cosy corner and speakers have been set up, so you can take the sound from the living room into the pool room. The pool measures 5.50 x 3.00 x 1.40 metres and right next to it you can use the spa bath, which has a capacity of 4 people. The pool room also has an adjoining bathroom which has underfloor heating, sink, shower, toilet and sauna. The main toilet in the house also has underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. In this part of the house are also the 4 bedrooms. There are 2 rooms with 1 double bed in each, 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. In addition there is 1 cot and 1 high chair in the house, making it easier to have "the little one" with you. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging point at the house. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the house, so you don't need to worry about packing too few clothes. One pet is allowed. The house is energy-optimised, with an air/water heat pump for pool heating, which significantly reduces electricity consumption. This is a non-smoking house.

House surroundings
The house terrace has direct access to the pool, so you can cool off in the pool or conversely you can cool off outside from the sauna in winter on the terrace. The terrace is as much as 45 square metres and has garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill. You can really enjoy yourself here. On the grounds there are also swings and a sandpit for the children. Only 300 metres from the house lies the large sandpit - the beach at the North Sea - which is an alternative to the pool in summer. A short drive away lies the harbour town of Thyborøn with several attractions, such as Jylland Aquarium, Sneglehuset and Kystcenteret as well as of course the harbour environment. Likewise the charming old town of Lemvig with specialist shops and rolling countryside is also only 15 km away. Shopping facilities are available in the old fishing village of Harboøre with a Dagli'-Brugs.
