Charming practical holiday home located in the first dune row to the North Sea with only 75 metres to the beach. The house is situated on a large undulating dune ground in a quiet and undisturbed area. Here 4 people can stay and 1 dog is allowed and there is free wireless internet in the house. Smoking is not permitted. It is especially a house that can be recommended to guests who do not make great demands.

House layout
The house's large room is the kitchen and living room which flow into one another. In the kitchen itself there is a glass ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher as well as refrigerator and freezer of 80 litres. Next to the kitchen there is a small dining corner and at the other end of the room there is a wood-burning stove, sofa furniture, coffee table and television. Here there is the possibility of watching both Danish and German TV as well as there is a radio and CD player. From the living room there is also direct access to the south-facing terrace. The bathroom has both underfloor heating, a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. There is even also a sauna and the house is so close to the sea that you can easily reach both down to the sea and back again without being chilled after a visit to the sauna, if you have these desires. Furthermore there are 2 bedrooms each with 2 double beds. Furthermore there is also a washing machine in the house.

House surroundings
The house is distinguished by its close location to the sea. Here there is the possibility of a good fishing holiday, just as the beach is lovely in the summer for both sunbathing and for taking a dip in the blue waves. There is a south-facing terrace to which there belong 2 sun loungers, garden furniture and grill. There is only 300 metres to the shop in Vrist which is open from Easter to and including October. Otherwise there is about 2 kilometres to Aldi and Brugsen in Harbøre which are open all year round.
