A completely new bathroom has just been created with toilet, sink and shower. 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed + TV, 2 single beds + TV, 1 single bed. The living room is furnished with a new wood-burning stove and a heat pump, both providing extra cosiness and warmth on raw days by the North Sea. The living room features a sofa group with coffee table, dining table, flat-screen TV with Danish and German channels. Completely new kitchen corner with induction hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets are allowed. Surroundings The holiday home is located on approximately 1,284 m2 of very private grounds. Lovely enclosed terrace area with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. The terrace area also runs along the side of the house and is very private. There is always an opportunity to find a spot in the sun and it is easy to eat outdoors in the garden furniture, as you can bring supplies directly from the living room and kitchen. From the house it is not far to the dunes and on the other side awaits a wide beach and the North Sea with many possibilities. Here you can swim, sunbathe, walk, collect amber, fish for plaice or fly a kite. It is always a good start or end to the day to take a walk over the dune and enjoy the view of the North Sea. It is approximately 1500 m to the nearest shop, which is only open in the summer season, or you can go the 4 km to Harbøre where there is both a Brugsen and Rema1000, which by the way are open every day of the year. This house is a good base for exploring the area whether you do it on foot or by car. You can also take Denmark's famous narrow-gauge railway VLTJ, which has a platform 1000 m from the house at Viktoria Street Station. Non-smoking house.
