The lofts cannot be locked and adults can easily stay overnight in the lofts. The house has a well-equipped kitchen living room with all major white goods. 2 electric ceramic hobs, 2 built-in ovens, large extractor hood, 2 dishwashers, microwave, large refrigerator and separate large freezer (250 L). All 22 residents can gather around the house's large dining table which is also perfect for games and cosy chat, and from which you have a clear view through a large window to the house's pool area. A view of the large dunes confirms the house's unique location. Relax in the soft quality furniture. Watch TV in Danish and German on one of the house's 5 televisions, where there will also be the option to play Blue-ray films on one TV. There are tiles with underfloor heating throughout the house and wooden floors in the bedrooms. Light the wood stove which easily helps with heating or simply creates a cosy atmosphere.
Large wellness/pool area with 5-6 person hot tub with massage jets and lovely sauna. The pool is 22 m2 large and has, among other things, a slide and counter-current system. The activity room contains: Table football, table tennis, darts, pool/billiards, air hockey and TV with the option of 2 different gaming consoles (Playstation 3 and Xbox). Washing machine and tumble dryer are a given. 4 bathrooms with toilet, shower, sink and underfloor heating. For the children there are 3 high chairs. Max. 2 pets are allowed. The house is not rented to youth groups. Access to HarboøreCenteret. Deposit winter season DKK 7000 and summer season DKK 3500. House surroundings
The house has a fantastic, partially covered terrace, where you always have the opportunity to find shelter on the sunny days of your holiday. Here you will of course find table/bench sets and a fish cleaning area and grill. Swing set for the children. Thought has also been given to the four-legged family members who have their own dog yard. This magnificent holiday home is located on approx. 2,500 m2 beautiful dune ground in Vrist and invites play and ball games only approx. 150 m from the beach. The house is 1000 metres from grocery shops. Within a short drive you can reach both the active market town of Lemvig with several specialist shops or the unique fishing village Thyborøn, which in addition to the active fishing harbour also offers a bathing beach and several activity options, all of which are worth a visit.
