Exceptionally beautiful and well-maintained holiday home for 6 people and 1 dog allowed. The house was built in 2006 and is situated on a 1600 m2 natural plot with 300 metres to Ferring Lake and 650 metres to the North Sea. Smoking is not permitted and the house has free wireless internet.

House layout
The kitchen is combined as a corner of the living room and features a glass ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a separate freezer of 20 litres. The living room is furnished with beautiful furniture and is equipped with a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV with Danish and German TV channels, DVD, stereo system with CD. The house also has 3 bedrooms of which 2 have double beds and 1 has 2 single beds. In addition there is an extra cot in the house and 1 high chair. All living areas and bedrooms have new wooden floors. The bathroom is pleasantly comfortable with underfloor heating, spa, sauna, toilet, sink and shower. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the house. If you have an electric car or a Plug-In hybrid, the house has a type 2 charging socket that can charge up to 11 kWh - it fits among other things Tesla.

House surroundings
The house is surrounded by terraces with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers, so you can always find shelter and enjoy the sun if it shines. Feel free to use the grill to prepare good holiday food and in the meantime the children can enjoy themselves on the swing or in the sandbox. The house's close proximity to the North Sea and Ferring Lake means you can always easily get out into nature for example on a hiking trip or do other activities. The house is approximately 350 metres from the shop in Vejlby Klit, which is open in the summer season, and there are also other shopping facilities 6 km from the house in Harboøre. Here you rent a lovely holiday home for all seasons, which is also centrally located in relation to nature and other holiday activities.
