The large living room which is connected to the open kitchen is furnished with upholstered and leather furniture, there is a lovely wood-burning stove which provides pleasant warmth even on cold days, there is TV with Danish and German programmes, radio, TV2. Close to the kitchen is the dining table and there is carpet in the living area. The open kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Beautiful new bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, tiled floor with underfloor heating, furthermore there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 2 single beds, there is carpet in the bedrooms. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. House surroundings From the living room there is access to good terrace facilities with garden furniture, grill and sun loungers as well as outdoor fireplace. One terrace is partially covered and the other with fireplace is open but there are good wind conditions. The house is located on a natural plot close to the North Sea and Ferring Lake. The area in Vejlby Klit invites for walks or cycling trips. Around Ferring Lake a path has been laid out so you can walk all the way around the lake and experience nature up close. Near the house there are several playgrounds and ball courts. A really good house for a family or a couple who wish to live centrally.
