The open kitchen is connected to the living room and is well-equipped with ceramic cooker, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, making cooking easy and convenient. After a long day at the beach or on a hiking trip, you can pamper yourselves with the house's lovely sauna and enjoy true holiday atmosphere. The bathroom is modern with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house sleeps 6 people distributed across 3 good bedrooms with double beds (1DB + 1DB + 1DB). Furthermore, the house is equipped with an energy-saving air-to-air heat pump, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round. The house is non-smoking, and 1 pet (dog only) is welcome. **The house's surroundings** The holiday home is located on a 900 m² natural plot only approximately 400 metres from the North Sea. The lovely terrace is equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers, which can easily be moved around, so you can always find the perfect spot in the sun or sheltered from the wind. Only a few minutes from the house lies the beautiful Ferring Lake with its popular walking trail, which leads all the way around the lake through varied and peaceful landscape. The broad sandy beach at the North Sea is within walking distance and invites you to swimming, kite flying, amber hunting, long walks along the water's edge or simply relaxation to the sound of the waves. If you desire experiences a bit further away, the fishing village of Thyborøn and the charming market town of Lemvig come highly recommended. Both towns offer exciting shops, good restaurants and cosy harbour environments. A lovely holiday home for one or two families who wish to combine comfort, nature and proximity to the North Sea in quiet and scenic surroundings.
