House layout The house was modernized in 2021 in light and friendly colours. 3 Bedrooms (1 double, 1 double, 2 single). The house has a lovely living room with cosy seating area, dining area, LED smart TV with German and Danish channels. Also Chromecast which allows streaming of TV / radio / Apps.

There is free internet access in the house. The holiday home has a cosy wood-burning stove and heat pump, both of which help reduce consumption. There is beautiful wooden flooring in the living room and kitchen, while the bedrooms have carpets. Well-equipped kitchen corner with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.   Nice bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, sauna, washing machine and tiled floor with underfloor heating. The house also has a room connected to the living room which is locked for private use. Max 1 dog allowed. The house is a non-smoking house. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box for Type 2 connector.

House surroundings From the living room there is access to a large, partially covered terrace area with garden furniture, charcoal grill and sun loungers. From 2026 you can enjoy your holiday with your own outdoor spa at the house.The approximately 815 m2 plot is well-maintained and offers plenty of opportunities for play and ball games. Within walking distance of the house there is also a sports field and playground. The North Sea is just 600 m from the house. Restaurant and shop are open seasonally. Within 5 minutes by car to Harboøre, several activities and shopping opportunities can be reached. So whether you are into an active holiday or complete relaxation, this lovely holiday home provides a perfect setting in terms of house, location and surroundings.
