House layout Park your car in the carport and a lovely entrance hall welcomes you. The house is for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds). Beautiful bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink, tiled floor with underfloor heating, washing machine and direct access to the sauna. Well-equipped kitchen corner with dishwasher, microwave, cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, everything in service and kitchen utensils as well as access to a lovely partially covered terrace, where the grill is placed right next to the door as an extra supplement to the kitchen. Nicely furnished living room with upholstered furniture, TV with German channels, Chromecast, DAB radio, stereo system with Bluetooth and a lovely cosy corner with wood-burning stove which is perfect for cosiness with games or a good book. Dining area right next to the kitchen corner and access to a lovely outdoor room at the end of the living room with another dining table and more soft furniture. Laundry room with extra sofa bed and washing machine. There are wooden floors in all living areas and carpets in the bedrooms. For the children there is a cot and high chair. Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed

House surroundings The house is surrounded by a large wooden terrace area which in 2022 was expanded with a lovely west-facing terrace. The entire terrace is enclosed by a fence. Garden furniture, parasol and grill. The area around Vejlby and Ferring Lake is not far from the bustling North Sea, shopping facilities, playground and beach. Nature invites outdoor activities all year round - whether it's walks in the landscape around the lake or a beach trip. It is not far to grocery shops in both Vejlby and Harboøre - And if you are in a car you can drive to Lemvig - 'The City of Smiles' or the very popular tourist town Thyborøn, where you will find several grocery shops as well as well-functioning retail in both places.
