House facilities
Nicely and practically furnished 2-storey stone house which is partially renovated in 2022. In the hallway there is access to the house's bathroom which is nicely fitted with toilet, sink, shower, hot tub and access to sauna. The kitchen which is located on the other side of the hallway is fitted with a dining area at one end. The kitchen has a glass ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. From the kitchen there is access to the house's living room which is nicely furnished with leather furniture, flat-screen TV with Danish and German channels via fibre, CD and radio. Lovely wood pellet stove, can be purchased at the house as well as an economical heat pump, which together provide cosiness and ensure a warm and comfortable house at all times, regardless of weather and season. In the living room there is also a dining table with chairs. From the living room there is access to a bedroom with 1 double bed, and there is also access to a hallway where the stairs to the 1st floor are. On the 1st floor there is a small entrance hallway, where there is access to 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed + 2 single beds + 1 extra bed. There is also an extra bathroom on the 1st floor with toilet, sink and shower. Extra room with table tennis. Non-smoking house. 1 dog is allowed. House surroundings
The house is located on a natural plot with a closed terrace facing east with garden furniture, sun loungers and a sandpit for the children. On the other side of the house there is also a closed terrace. The house is located in Vrist town and only 350 m from the lovely North Sea, which has a new story to tell every day. If you want activities and shopping opportunities the harbour town of Thyborøn is only 15 minutes' drive from the house. In Thyborøn you will also find a fantastic beautiful bathing beach very suitable for children. Lemvig is also only a short drive from the house and here you will find a cosy harbour promenade with playground, several good restaurants and shopping opportunities.
