The living room is practically furnished with comfortable leather furniture, tiled floor with underfloor heating, TV with German and Danish channels, DVD/Radio and dining area. The house is kept warm by a heat pump and a lovely wood-burning stove, which is both practical and economical. Well-equipped kitchen corner with electric ceramic hob, extractor hood, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The kitchen corner also has tiled floor with underfloor heating. The house's large bathroom is a very special experience. Bathtub, sauna, toilet, sink, shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, underfloor heating and beautiful tiles on both floor and walls. Extra toilet with tiled floor, underfloor heating and sink. Max 1 pet/dog allowed. Non-smoking house. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box at the house for Type 2 connector, which can charge up to 11 kWh.

House surroundings The house is situated on a plot of approximately 2600 square metres. Fantastic terrace area with plenty of garden furniture, grill and sun loungers. Extra effort has also been made on the large terrace where a large part is enclosed with fencing and covered with transparent corrugated sheets. Perfect for both cosy barbecue evenings or if children or dogs are brought along. Don't forget the view of the high dunes is the last obstacle to the North Sea which is only 250 m from the house. There is approximately 1.5 kilometres to shops in Harboøre, which is open every day of the year.
