A lovely wood-burning stove and heat pump ensure that you can always stay warm on cold days as well as good indoor climate. From the living room there is a fantastic view of the high dunes by the North Sea. Prepare a good meal in the kitchen area which has a cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Close to the kitchen area is the dining table. When it is time for a bath this can be done in the functional bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cubicle. There are carpets in all living and bedrooms. Kitchen area and bathroom with tiled floor. Max. 1 pet allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the house.

The house is situated on a plot of approx. 2.539 m2. From the living room there is access to a fantastic, enclosed terrace. From the entrance there is also access to a lovely morning terrace as well as combined carport / covered terrace. There are plenty of garden furniture and 2 loungers that can be moved around on all 3 terraces as needed and there is always a lovely cosy corner as well as a spot in the sun on the terraces. Enjoy a walk to the North Sea which is only approx. 50m from the house or visit the shopping facilities in the area. Within short driving distance you can reach both the active market town of Lemvig with several specialist shops or the unique fishing village of Thyborøn, which in addition to the active fishing harbour also offers a bathing beach and several activity options, all of which are worth a visit.
