Well-located and well-maintained holiday home, renovated in 2010, with space for 6 people and 1 dog. Here you live close to everything in the Vejlby Klit holiday home area. You are close to the sea and only 250 metres from the shop and café, which are open in season. Right in front of the house there are several sports courts where you can play football, basketball or beach volleyball completely free of charge.

House layout
The house is bright and inviting with wooden floors in the combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a glass ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer with a separate 30-litre freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a sofa group with coffee table and dining table. Cosiness and warmth can be ensured with the wood-burning stove and entertainment can be provided by the flat-screen TV where you can watch DR1, German TV channels or use the DVD player. There is also a stereo system with CD if you need background music while you sit and relax or eat.
The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating as well as toilet, sink, shower and access to the sauna.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms in the house and 2 of them have double beds and one has 2 single beds. Additionally there is a tumble dryer, washing machine and high chair in the house.

House surroundings
The house's south-facing terrace can provide plenty of sun throughout the day and there is direct access from the living room. There is a grill, garden furniture and 2 sun loungers, so you can enjoy yourself for many hours here. The children can have fun in the sandbox or on the swings and if there are more of you, take advantage of the location next to the sports courts to get some activities into your holiday. If you are not into ball games, the sea is only a 5-minute walk away and here you can both swim, fish, find amber, fly a kite or go on walks both short and long. We therefore also recommend a walk around Ferring Lake which is 10 kilometres where you pass through plenty of nature and can get rosy cheeks in the wind.
