This cosy holiday home is centrally located just 300 metres from a cafeteria and shop, and yet only approximately 300 metres from the North Sea. There is easy access to shared facilities with various sports courts available for free use, as the house is next to them. The house is large enough for 2 families with 4 bedrooms plus an extra toilet and you may bring 1 dog. There is free wireless internet access.House layoutThe kitchen and living room are in one room, so you have good opportunities to gather and enjoy a cosy atmosphere. The entire room is furnished in a bright and appealing way. The living room has a wood-burning stove, stereo system with CD player and a flat-screen TV with German satellite channels, received via satellite dish. There is also a DVD player, so don't forget your favourite DVDs for the holiday. The living room also has a corner sofa suite with a matching coffee table. From here you also have the option of going directly out onto the terrace. The kitchen has both a glass ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and a 80-litre freezer. There are 2 bathrooms, one with underfloor heating, spa, sink and sauna and the other with shower and toilet. The 4 bedrooms are arranged so that at one end of the house there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other room. So at one end one family can stay comfortably. In the other part the layout is similar so the other family can stay there. In addition, there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the house.

House surroundingsThe house has a lovely east and south-facing enclosed terrace. Here you can enjoy the sunrise to the east where the sun peeks up while you have your coffee and nature's birdsong provides the orchestra. Later you can use the garden furniture or the 2 sun loungers to enjoy the terrace, while the children can use the swings on the grounds. Don't forget to bring a ball on holiday, as the nearby sports courts are right next to and within sight of the terrace. The nearby North Sea is always worth a visit regardless of the weather and if you're missing some warmth or a roof over your head for your activities, there is free access to Harboøre Centre and Lemvig water park included in the rent for this house for all guests.
