House layout This wooden holiday home of 88 m2 was built in 1978 and is continuously renovated. There is plenty of space for 6 people. Combined living room and kitchen which is open to the hallway. The large windows in the house provide fantastic natural light in the room. The living room is furnished with upholstered furniture and the dining table is placed close to the kitchen. The living room has a TV with German programmes, CD and DVD player. The living room also has a lovely wood-burning stove which together with the heat pump ensures comfortable warmth regardless of season and both contribute to lower energy bills. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 2 single beds. For the youngest guests there is a cot and high chair. The kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower as well as underfloor heating. Washing machine is also installed. Non-smoking house and pets are not allowed. House surroundings The house is located on a 700 m2 natural plot close to the North Sea and shopping. From the living room there is access to a partly covered and partly enclosed terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. For the small guests there is a children's rocker, sandbox and swings. The house's location just 300 m from the beach at the North Sea makes it easy to get there on foot. The North Sea offers new picturesque experiences every day and there are many good activity options along the North Sea, swimming, collecting stones and amber, building sandcastles, flying kites and fishing and much more. Also enjoy one of the most fantastic sunsets over the North Sea from a dune top. From the terrace there is a partial view of Ferring Lake. A really cosy holiday home for 6 people.
