Well-maintained Kalmar house exceptionally beautifully situated in the front row down to Ferring Lake in Vejlby Klit and 300 metres to the North Sea. The house accommodates 6 people plus 1 dog. An advantage for dog owners is that the terrace can be closed off. **House layout** The house's cosy living room has a wood-burning stove and a cosy corner with sofa group and flat-screen TV. Here you can watch DR TV with Chromecast and German satellite channels via satellite dish. There is also a stereo with CD. A heat pump has been installed in the house and this means that as a guest you can save considerably on your electricity heating bill - the heat pump delivers up to 4 times as much power as it uses, which means that for every kilowatt-hour the pump uses it provides heat equivalent to approximately 4 kW the energy is thus utilised much more efficiently. The kitchen is an extension of the living room and here there are modern conveniences such as a glass ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a separate 90-litre freezer if you need space for freshly caught fish for example. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and 1 has 2 single beds. In the bathroom there is underfloor heating, shower, sink and toilet. There is also a washing machine and free internet in the holiday home. **Surroundings of the house** From the living room you step directly out onto the lovely wooden terrace with a beautiful view over the lake all the way to Bovbjerg Lighthouse. Here you can enjoy the sun on one of the 2 included sun loungers on the enclosed terrace. Garden furniture and grill are also standard so you can enjoy the grilled sausages you have bought together with friends or family. The house is ideally situated for walks in nature around Ferring Lake and the North Sea is also just a short walk away. In particular, the walk around Ferring Lake, which is a newly opened official walking route, offers a 10 km walk where you can walk without meeting anyone but the animals in nature and the occasional cows along the fields. A classic walk is the 7 km walk to Bovbjerg Lighthouse which you can take on the Ferring Lake side of the dunes – if you return along for example the North Sea you will be up to 14 km. The North Sea town of Thyborøn with several attractions and the old market town of Lemvig with several specialist shops can be reached with a short drive. Non-smoking house
