Lovely large holiday home with spa and sauna located on a dune plot in the Vejlby Klit area. The house is situated close to the dunes and is only approximately 100 metres from the sea. The house accommodates 8 people and is therefore perfect for families or couples travelling together who want to be close to the North Sea. Free fibre internet. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house.

House layout
This 120 m2 house was built in 1991 and has been continuously renovated in 2015. The house offers a bright and cosy living room with linoleum flooring, furnished with leather furniture and a television with Danish and German channels. There is also a DVD and CD player and radio. In the living room there is also a cosy wood-burning stove and a heat pump that contributes to the house's heating. The open kitchen area is connected to the living room and dining area, where there is space for all the house's guests. The kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and tiled flooring. The house has 3 good bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the living room there is access to the loft, where there are 2 additional sleeping options. At each end of the house there is a bathroom. One bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and tiled flooring. The other bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and also has a spa bath and sauna and the floor is also tiled. In addition, there is a high chair, a cot, a baby bath and a changing table for the youngest guests. Should there be a need to wash clothes during the holiday, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

House surroundings
The house is located on a large 1200 m2 dune plot with the dunes and the roaring North Sea in the back garden. The house has a lovely south-facing terrace with garden furniture, grill and 2 sun loungers. Here there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sun's rays while listening to the sound of the sea in the distance. For the youngest guests there is a swing, sandpit and seesaw in the garden. The house's location at the end of the road close to the dunes offers the opportunity to go to the beach and walk along the water, swim, build sandcastles, fish or fly a kite. The Vejlby Klit area also offers many other activities. You can cycle or hike on one of West Jutland's most beautiful cycling/hiking routes which among other things offers the opportunity to see both Ferring Lake and sea at the same time. In high season you can take advantage of the local shop being open, where you can shop for different meals. In addition, you can challenge each other to mini golf or make bets about who catches a fish first in Vejlby Klit Holiday Park. A short trip by car or with the local train VLTJ, you can reach the harbour towns of Lemvig and Thyborøn, where you can shop in the local shops, buy fresh fish, enjoy an ice cream or eat at the fine restaurants and cafes.
