Wooden holiday home of approx. 74 m2. An entrance welcomes you. The living room is cosily furnished with leather furniture, radio and TV with Danish and German programmes and dining table as well as fantastic views. Relax in front of the crackling wood stove which together with the heat pump helps reduce heating costs. 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 double, 2 single). Kitchen corner has electric cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment. Lovely bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and tiled floor with underfloor heating. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Max 1 pet allowed. It is the obvious holiday home with beautiful views.

House surroundings
Beautiful, partially covered terrace area with garden furniture, loungers and grill that can be moved around on the terrace depending on weather and wind and where there is a spot in the sun. By the terrace there is also a lovely wilderness bath heated with wood - a unique experience in all kinds of weather. High, unobstructed location on a side road on a well-maintained plot of approx. 1,804 m2. From the house there is a lovely trail system which in a few minutes leads directly down to the water. Approx. 300 m from the house is the new beautiful natural playground in wood with football pitch and slide and it is not far to shops or to the beach at Gjellerodde.

The area
The holiday home area Gjellerodde is located right on the Limfjord and from the house it is only a few minutes' walk to the bathing jetty and good bathing conditions. Lemvig town is only 5 minutes away by car and has a nice shopping area and cosy harbour environment. Gjellerodde and Lemvig are known for their rolling and beautiful nature that surrounds the entire area and here you will find, among other things, one of the country's most beautiful golf courses, the roaring North Sea only 14 km to the west and Klosterheden 12 km from here. From Lemvig to the tip of Gjellerodde a planet path has been created where you meet sculptures of all the planets on your way, and on your route you can conveniently stop at the Museum for Religious Art. There is the opportunity to have an active holiday or switch off and relax with the whole family. From the house there is a nice trail system that leads you around the area, down to the water or to the area's new beautiful natural playground in wood with football pitch and slide. The rowing club and the two marinas help to form the frame of a beautiful tourist area. The west coast's harsh but incredibly beautiful and lovely nature makes it possible to enjoy your holiday both indoors and outdoors regardless of weather and wind. On the activity list are several possibilities such as windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and boats at both the fjord and the North Sea - and in Klosterheden there are good routes for mountain biking, horse riding and hiking.
