Lovely, modern holiday home with fantastic views of the Limfjord The house is ideal for both couples and families who want to stay in a child-friendly area with many opportunities. The house is bright, cosily furnished and has free internet. House layout The holiday home is approximately 71 m², built in 1979 and renovated in 2020. A practical entrance with extra storage and hanging space welcomes you. The living room is combined with a kitchen corner and is nicely furnished with comfortable leather furniture. There is a TV with Danish and German programmes as well as Chromecast, so you can stream TV, radio and apps via your own devices. Enjoy the crackling wood-burning stove, which together with the heat pump helps reduce heating costs, and at the same time enjoy the magnificent view of the Limfjord. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, extractor hood, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and linoleum flooring with underfloor heating. There are three bedrooms in the house (1DS, 1DS, 1DS), and the house can be occupied by a maximum of 6 people. All living areas have practical wooden floors. Smoking is not permitted, and a maximum of 2 pets may be brought. House surroundings The house is situated on a plot of approximately 811 m² with a lovely terrace area, garden furniture, grill and sun loungers. Here you can always find a sunny spot and enjoy the fantastic view. Garden furniture, sun lounger and grill can be freely moved around on the terrace as needed. The house is situated high and undisturbed on a quiet side road, only 250 m from the Limfjord. From the house, trail systems lead directly down to the fjord, bathing beach and bathing jetties within a few minutes. Nearby there is also a lovely natural wooden playground with slides, swings and much more. In season there is an ice cream kiosk and restaurant nearby. It is only approximately 6 km to Lemvig town, a lively shopping town with shops, fish restaurant, cinema, skate park, museum and pleasant harbour environments.
