The living room has wooden flooring and beautiful modern leather furniture, portable Bluetooth speaker, Smart TV with Danish programmes as well as the option to stream TV / radio / Apps, so if you have a mobile phone or another device you can stream whatever you have a subscription to. Dining area close to the kitchen. Relax in front of the crackling wood-burning stove which together with the heat pump helps reduce heating costs. Beautiful kitchen area with all conceivable appliances such as electric cooker, refrigerator with 30 l freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave. 3 good bedrooms: 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 1 three-quarter bed. Lemvig town is only 3 km from the house and here you will find good shopping opportunities in many specialist shops, restaurants and on the harbour there is a playground and skate park available for free use. This house is a really good choice also if you are 2 families who wish to holiday together.
