House layout
This quality holiday home of approx. 98 m2, was built in 2009 and has since been continuously maintained and renovated. A spacious entrance with washing machine and tumble dryer welcomes you. A lovely combined living room and kitchen corner with pitched ceiling. The living room is nicely furnished with, among other things, a corner sofa, TV with satellite dish, which makes it possible to watch Danish and German channels as well as Chromecast for streaming of subscription services. Relax in front of the crackling wood-burning stove, which together with the heat pump helps reduce heating costs while you enjoy the view from the living room to the Limfjord.
The kitchen corner with ceramic hob, extractor hood, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Lovely bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, hot tub and tiled floor with underfloor heating. There are 3 bedrooms in the house (1DS, 1DS, 2ES). From the kitchen corner there is access via a good staircase to a completely unique loft with 2 extra sleeping places (1DS). The loft is so large that you can stand upright and there is also a sofa with table. Completely uniquely made. There is tiled floor with underfloor heating in the kitchen, entrance and bathroom and there are practical wooden floors in the rest of the house. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box for Type 2 charging socket. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Max 3 pets allowed.

House surroundings
The house's outdoor areas are something very special. The house is located on an approx. 900 m2 enclosed plot. Fantastic, partially covered and enclosed terrace area with garden furniture, grill and sun loungers. Here you can always find a spot in the sun as well as magnificent views of the Limfjord. Garden furniture, sun lounger and grill can be moved around on the terrace as desired. Also on the back of the house there is a lovely terrace with garden furniture and views over the landscape. In the practical shed you will find garden cushions, gas grill and charcoal grill. Elevated, unobstructed location on a quiet side road. Well-maintained grounds with trampoline, swing and only 300 m from the beach. From the house there are trail systems that in a few minutes lead directly down to the fjord, bathing beach and bathing jetties. Near the house there is also the new beautiful nature playground which is made of natural materials and where there are, among other things, slides, swings and much more. There is also an ice cream kiosk and restaurant here, which opens in the season. Incidentally, it is only about four km to Lemvig town, which is a lively shopping town with many shops, fish restaurant, cinema, skate park, museum etc.
