The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric ceramic hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, microwave, built-in oven and a fridge/freezer, here there is also wooden floor. From the plot there is a lovely view over the Limfjord. There is both a covered and open terrace with garden furniture and grill. It is only 350 m down to the Limfjord, where there is a lovely child-friendly beach with a bathing bridge. Close to the bathing beach is the new playground which is made of wood and can be used free of charge. The market town Lemvig is a short drive from the house and here there are several good restaurants, a playground on the harbour promenade and several good shops. A lovely house in a beautiful area with many good opportunities for walking, running and cycling.
