House facilities
Already when you drive up to the house you can see that it is a very well-maintained holiday home. There is a combined living room and kitchen, where the kitchen is separated by a wall, and the dining table is also located here. Lovely bright living room with good leather furniture, here there is TV with Danish and German programmes as well as a DVD player, wooden floor, and there is also a lovely wood-burning stove which together with the heat pump ensures pleasant warmth on cold days and both contribute to lower utility bills. The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric ceramic hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, microwave, built-in oven and a fridge/freezer, here there is also wooden floor. The house's bathroom has toilet, sink, shower, hot tub as well as washing machine and tumble dryer. 3 good bedrooms: 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed. For the youngest guests there is a cot. A very modern and inviting house. Non-smoking house. 1 pet allowed.

House surroundings
The house is located on a 840 m2 natural plot with lawn. From the plot there is a lovely view over the Limfjord. There is both a covered and open terrace with garden furniture and grill. It is only 350 m down to the Limfjord, where there is a lovely child-friendly beach with a bathing jetty. Close to the bathing beach is the new playground which is made of wood and can be used free of charge. The market town Lemvig is a short drive from the house and here there are several good restaurants, a playground on the harbour promenade and several good shops. A lovely house in a beautiful area with many good opportunities for walking, running and cycling.
