This lovely wooden holiday home, which has just acquired new owners here in 2026, is beautifully situated in a scenic area near the North Sea and Ferring Sø. The location makes the house ideal for stays throughout the year, as it offers a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere in both the summer months and the colder seasons. With only 250 metres to the beach and the sea, you can quickly get down to the water and enjoy the fresh sea breezes and the impressive nature.

The house's interior
The house is bright and inviting with large windows that ensure plenty of natural light, as well as an open loft to the ridge, which gives a spacious and airy feel. The wooden floors are newly sanded and contribute to the house's cosy and natural atmosphere.

The house is particularly suitable for a large family or a couple, as it has 3 bedrooms: two rooms with double beds and one room with two bunk beds and 1 bed. In addition, there is 1 loft, which provides extra sleeping spaces – perfect for children or young people, but be aware that the stairs to the loft are steep (the loft to the right is private).

The kitchen is functional and well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher, so you can easily prepare and store food.

The living room is the perfect place to relax after a day of activities, and here you will find a cosy wood-burning stove and a heat pump that provides extra warmth and atmosphere on cooler days. The TV is equipped with DR channels, and the satellite antenna provides access to German channels, so you can keep up with international programmes, and there is also new furniture in the house.

There are two modern bathrooms in the house, both with toilet, sink, underfloor heating and shower. The largest bathroom also has a luxurious hot tub, which is perfect for relaxation. From this bathroom there is access to a beautiful sauna – an ideal combination for getting warmth and completely unwinding.

The house's surroundings
The outdoor area is just as inviting as the house itself. You can enjoy the long, bright summer evenings on the large terraces, with a brand new fence, which is equipped with garden furniture and a grill. Perfect for spending time with family and friends. An idyllic stream runs along the house's boundary and forms a natural border with the neighbour, which creates an extra sense of privacy and peace. From the house there is a fantastic view over the surrounding fields and the beautiful coastal landscape, which changes with the seasons.

The house is a non-smoking area, and pets are welcome (max. 2), so you can take your four-legged friend on holiday. There is also free internet connection, so you can stay in touch with the outside world if necessary.
