Large living room with corner sofa and TV with satellite dish and Danish antenna, stereo system with CD and DVD, in the living room there is an extra dining table with chairs as well as a desk where you can sit with your computer and work. From the living room there is access to a lovely terrace. Large bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, infrared sauna cabin and underfloor heating. In the entrance area there is plenty of space to hang outerwear and put shoes and boots. From the house and grounds there is a view of Ferring Lake which is only 500 m from the house. Lovely enclosed terrace with garden furniture, grill and on the grounds there is a sandbox and swings for the little ones. On the front of the house there is a small partially covered and open terrace facing west. The house has a lovely view over the area and is not far from Bovbjerg Lighthouse where there is a seasonally open café with the opportunity to buy coffee and a piece of homemade cake or perhaps enjoy some of the area's specialities such as ham, cheese etc. A lovely house for a couple or a family who wish to stay in a quiet holiday area very close to the North Sea.
