House layout
Your holiday can begin as soon as the car is parked in the house's attached carport. The house has a size of 84 m2 and has been renovated in 2025. The house's entrance welcomes you and provides space for shoes and jackets. From the entrance you reach the house's bright and inviting heart, which consists of a living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. In the living room there are leather and upholstered furniture, television with Danish and German programmes, radio and CD player. In the kitchen-living area, a wood-burning stove and heat pump contribute to cosiness and good heating, and large windows contribute to good natural light. There are three good bedrooms in the house. One has 1 double bed and the other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink, a shower and a washing machine, and the bathroom is heated via underfloor heating. There is also an extra guest toilet with toilet and sink.

House surroundings
The house is situated on a 1269 m2 plot only approx. 200 m from the roaring North Sea. The sound of the sea can be heard when you enjoy your morning coffee on the large wooden terrace, for example. The terrace is enclosed and partially covered, and garden furniture and a gas grill are available, making it ideal for spending late summer evenings with your nearest and dearest. Ferring Lake is also not far from the house, only approx. 600 m away, and is perfect for a long walk. One of the area's favourite holiday attractions, Bovbjerg Lighthouse, is also only a few minutes' drive away. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a slice of cake in the café and be blown away by the beautiful view from the top of the lighthouse. From the house it takes only a few minutes' drive to Harboøre, where there are various shopping opportunities.
All in all, this is an ideal house for the family or couple who want a relaxed holiday and a break from the busy everyday life.
