The house is located on a beach plot of approximately 2474 m2 with fantastic location and views. From both living room and kitchen there is panoramic view and there is access to a lovely enclosed terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and gas grill which can be moved around depending on weather and wind and depending on where there is a spot in the sun.
