The kitchen area has, among other things, a ceramic hob with 5 cooking zones, 2 built-in ovens, large extractor hood, 2 dishwashers, microwave, refrigerators and freezers and an extra refrigerator (extra freezer and refrigerator in the shed). Enjoy your meals at the large dining tables, which are placed close to the kitchen. Be captivated by looking out the window and enjoy the panoramic view of the North Sea. Relax in the new, soft quality furniture. Watch TV in Danish and German on one of the house's televisions or stream your music or your favourite series on the Bose streaming system. There are practical hard floors with underfloor heating throughout the house, which are also very easy to clean.
The house's large wellness/pool section also contains a hot tub and sauna as well as a built-in projector so you can watch TV on the house's large white wall and select programmes on the mounted iPad. The pool also has a counter-current system. There is access to the large and unique terrace area, which also has an outdoor spa. The activity room contains: Table football, billiard table and table tennis. You can spend several hours here. 5 bathrooms, with toilet, shower, sink and underfloor heating. Washing machines and tumble dryers are a given. For the children there are cots and high chairs. A new ground source heat pump makes the house particularly energy-efficient and also results in lower consumption. Max. 2 pets are allowed. The house is not rented to youth groups.
