Beautiful and lovely modern newly built holiday home with high ceilings only 170 meters from the North Sea located in the quiet holiday home area Ferring Strand where you are surrounded by unique nature close to Bovbjerg Klint to the south and Ferring Sø to the north. Here is free wireless internet access and the house is insulated year-round and equipped with an energy-efficient heat pump, so the house is also excellent for a good winter holiday. There is room for 6 people and 1 dog is allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

House layout
Living room and kitchen are modern and designed so you can easily converse from the living room to the kitchen and vice versa. In the living room there is a wood-burning stove, sofa group with coffee table, a lovely long dining table and a large flat-screen TV. Both televisions have Chromecast. You can watch the DR channels as well as TV2 and also German satellite channels. Radio is also available.
The kitchen offers a glass ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator and a separate 70-liter freezer. In addition there is also a washing machine in the house.
There are 4 sleeping options in the house of which 3 bedrooms and a loft. The 3 bedrooms each have a double bed and in the loft there are two sleeping options.

The bathroom is also quite modern with underfloor heating, bathtub, shower, toilet and sink - so nothing is missing here.

House surroundings
The house has several good terraces with garden furniture and grill as well as 2 sun loungers. One of the terraces is even enclosed via a small stone wall. The garden also offers a playground for the children with sandbox, swings and slide. There is even a bench for the adults so they can sit and watch the children or you can also keep an eye on them from the terrace. Overall there are really many good opportunities to sit around the house and enjoy the view. The North Sea is not far away and here you can also sunbathe, walk, fly a kite or fish.
