Well and very cosy furnished and year-round insulated wooden holiday home. The house is bright and inviting and has large windows with good views over the dunes and wetlands at Ferring and the rich bird life. Living room and kitchen are combined and form a spacious and comfortable place to be. In the living room there is a wood-burning stove and heat pump which in addition to providing pleasant warmth also helps to make the utility bill cheaper. There is an F-TV with satellite dish offering German channels and a limited selection of Danish channels. There is also a DVD and free internet access. Chromecast can be brought. Lovely bright kitchen which is well equipped with all necessary white goods and equipment, glass ceramic electric hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The house has 3 bedrooms: 1DB + 1DB + 2S. Bathroom: Toilet, shower, 2 hand basins, underfloor heating and washing machine and tumble dryer. For the smallest guests there is a cot and high chair. There are wooden floors in the living room, hallway and in the bedrooms. If you have an electric car or a Plug-In hybrid, there is a charging box for Type 2 charging socket, which can charge up to 11 kWh. 1 pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted. House surroundings
The house is located on a 1025 m2 natural plot only 100 m from the North Sea and 200 m from Ferring Lake. Lovely terrace area which is both covered and partially covered. There is a good selection of garden furniture and equipment consisting of tables and chairs, loungers, grill and bonfire area. From the terrace there is a beautiful view over scenic surroundings as well as to the dike which lies just before the North Sea. The area is very suitable for hiking and cycling. Bovbjerg Lighthouse is only a few km away from the house, here you can experience several exhibitions both in season and slightly outside season as well as visit the lighthouse cafe with homemade cake etc. If you want to shop or eat out, the old market town Lemvig is only a short drive from the house. If you want to visit attractions, Thyborøn is a good place, here there is Jutland aquarium, Seawar museum and Sneglehuset. In addition, there are also good opportunities to buy fresh fish or eat a good meal at one of the local restaurants by the harbour. The house is a good choice if you want to live very close to the North Sea in quiet and beautiful natural surroundings.
